Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty

Stay Sprayed provides a 3-month service warranty on the areas treated.

If pest activity returns within this period, we will return and re-treat the affected area at no additional cost.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty applies only when:

• Target pests return in treated areas
• Treatment instructions were followed
• No major environmental changes occurred

Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty does not apply if:

• New pest infestations originate from untreated areas
• Structural issues exist (gaps, poor sealing, sanitation issues)
• Severe environmental changes occur (construction, flooding, etc.)
• Follow-up recommendations were ignored
• Treatment was external only and pests originate internally

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should:

• Maintain basic sanitation
• Reduce harbourage where possible
• Follow technician recommendations
