1. Payment Terms
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For split services (where internal and external components are completed on different days due to weather), payment remains due on the day the primary service is completed. Invoices for our ant treatment in Mount Gambier, pest control, and other services may be paid via the methods outlined at the time of booking. Late payments may result in reminder notices and temporary suspension of warranty coverage until the account is settled.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Customer Requests)
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule your appointment for pest control in Mount Gambier, please provide as much notice as possible. Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover allocated time and travel. Repeated short-notice cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Weather-Related Adjustments
Exterior treatments, including spider sprayer services in Mount Gambier, are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled due to high winds, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by Stay Sprayed does not incur any cancellation fees. Where services are completed in stages (internal first, external later), the exterior portion will be completed within a 7–10 day window, conditions permitting.
4. Access & No-Show Policy
Clear access must be provided at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property or complete the service due to locked gates, unrestrained pets, blocked treatment areas, or no one present when internal access was required, a call-out fee may apply.
5. Pricing Adjustments
Quoted prices are based on the information provided at booking. If site conditions differ significantly from those described, we will discuss any required price adjustment before proceeding, especially in relation to rodent control in Mount Gambier.
6. Our Approach
We aim to operate fairly and professionally at all times. Clear communication and reasonable notice help us maintain a reliable schedule and provide consistent service to all customers. By booking a service with Stay Sprayed, you acknowledge and accept this Payment & Cancellation Policy.
7. Refund Policy
A refund will not be given where Stay Sprayed has completed all scheduled work at the customers property. If for any reason you are unhappy or would like to request re-work, this can be discussed by emailing info@staysprayed.com.au
